Six years ago Tiger Optics introduced the world’s first commercial “CW-Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy” analyzer. Hundreds of these robust units are now in service around the world. This unique technology originally used to measure single digit ppb levels of moisture is now capable of measuring many other compounds. This technology can now measure trace moisture in ammonia, phosphine, and arsine.
Tiger Optics holds exclusive rights to multiple, broad-based patents from Princeton University on Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy. These have been widely filed in countries on four continents. From the beginning, Tiger Optics have been the global leader in this technology and continue to innovate.
